Onboard Seahawk, Videoworks installed a CAT6 independent system (which is separated from the other nets and manages telephones and networking), lights control, internal CCTV, HVAC and, of course, the Audio/Video system.
Inside the boat, Videoworks also installed an excellent TV, the Audio/Video system (with Dolby technology in the main cabins, in order to have a real Home Cinema), managed by Denon receivers, Sonance speakers, Blu-ray player, control system via Apple TV of the contents on-demand, thanks to a net connection or, if not existing, satellite connection.
In addition to the possibility to visualize data and navigation chart in real time on the displays of the devices being set in every location, Videoworks also installed a PC onboard. Thanks to this, is possible to see on display and TV the images of the CCTV coming from the Panasonic cameras, which are located in the strategical points of the Yacht.
As for the user interfaces, which have to be safe, easy and complete, Videoworks and Perini usually use the original remote controls being delivered to the Owner for the management of the peripheral devices: this is coherent and reliable. Despite this, Videoworks also provides an App, called ITVMode, developed by the Software House of the company (Itworks).
Speaking of the Seahawk Lighting Project, it has been studied and realized by Videoworks, as well and it is an independent structure, which is meant to keep the service and navigation electrical installations separated from the Entertainment and comfort systems.
In order to better control the equipment and to possibly intervene (even remotely), Videoworks installed a PC onboard. The PC is connected to the existing installed systems, so that a constant and detailed control can be realized, even remotely and no matter the position of the yacht.
